there are other options before ivf thand it ended in at cost less than ivf. and seeing a fertilty specialist will only determine what procedures are better for you. but some states require that insurance pay for and some states don't. i live in ohio and here insurance companies are only responsible to pay $2000. i only did one round of ivf and i had a miscarriage. i do believe my final cost for one round was $13,000. cost also depends on how much of the meds you need, how many ultrasounds, and how muuch blood work. some women respond to the meds differently and may need a little more and some a little less. after my first round i had 5 embryos that were frozen and if i ever went through another round the cost is alot less. they told me $1600. lucky for me i do not have to as i conceived on my own after 6 years of fertilty treeatments.unforunately i am in debt from it but oh well, i will have my miracle baby in august. good luck

I just bought one of these myself. So far it has handled really well in the snow (well, the amount of snow we got in NJ...i don't know where you live). The soft top hasn't been a problem with leaking (it's been raining here quite a few times including heavy downpours). I personally like the '01, and I don't think you will really find a newer model for under the $10,000 mark. I was lucky enough to find my '01 for $9,500. I think it is a nice smooth ride, no major problems so far. Also gotta love the Sportronic transmission!

I think he is addicted to millet b/c when i first got him he wouldn't move, eat, drink,or anything. he was extreemly scared of me at first, but i started offering him millet when he was on my finger. Recently he has shown pion towards me and is acting like a normal bird, doing birdy things. Exept when he wants millet. (He only eats the normal birdfood if i mix millet with it). So the loud screaching starts, he paces back and forth infront of his cage and when i open it he seems friendly, but as soon as he is out and on my finger, i get the cold shoulder as he flaps(wings are clipt) towards anyplace he thinks there is millet! (holding it up and feeding lets lots drop on the floor, and it's kinda hard to get it all.) when he cant find any, he jumps ontop of his cage and screams at me for it. I've found that putting him back in the cage with a blanket overtop stops it, but i dont want my birdy to live in darkness.

My dog growls and lunges at other dogs while walking with their owners?

I rescued a male Rottweiler several months ago and read multiple books including Cesar Milan's book. Is it okay to treat the child with crocin on a daily basis? or is it okay to treat the child with triclofos sodium which is a sedative? for about 2 years now i've had some spotty rashes on my scalp. they get dry and itchy and when i scratch them, they will bleed or be sore to the touch only to come back as thick white scaly dry skin a few days later. i've been using over the counter shampoo's and prescription medications and it will control the rashes but they will not go away for good. the best thing i've used to control the flaking etc. is Olux foam. can anyone help me? thank you

i'm planning to get a dog and i was thinking maybe i could wake up at 5:30 every morning so that i have an hour to exercise the dog and then give its food then put it to its crate with lots of time ocupying toys and maybe he'll sleep (cus i would be endlessly exercising him for an hour in the morning and he has a full stomach to ease him into sleeping) and then i'll come back at 2:30 and take him out again, exercise him for a long time(either 1-3 hours, which should i do??) and take him back in, give him lessons (to tire him mentely) do my hw, eat dinner (for me), feed my dog its dinner, then go outside for bathroom, then comeback in at around 9-10 pm and let him sleep in my room on a dog bed (not the crate) and start the whole thing over again the next day. i could do this all week long, including saturday and sunday. which dog would be better, since i live in a duplex (half a hous) and have a small woods in my back yard, but no fencing

i am a 16 year old female, non-smoker, non-drinker, & i dont use drugs. i am 5'5'' and weigh 220 lbs. i am on several diffrent prscription medications; lithium carb, focalin, hydroxa pam, synthroid (i have hypoactive thyroid disorder), allegra, loestrin 24fe (birth control), prozac, a multi-vitamin, and tylenol for aches, pains, headaches, ect. im not sure i spelled everything right, but heres my problem i have been having terrible pain in mostly the left side of my body, very irregular heartbeat, the pain has also been on my right side too. i have be very jumpy & shakey. this has been going on for nearly 2 1/2 weeks. im regular w/my meds so i dont know whats wrong. my dad says its my weight, i think its something else. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. also any sugestions to stop the pain tylenol and aleve just dont seem to be working. thanks

Severe stuffy nose in my 7 month old? what to do?

We have consistently used a humidifier with her, as well as vicks baby rub on her neck and chest. We suction her nose, and keep the temperature of the house at the recommended temp for babies to breathe well, between 68-72.. so we keep it 70. We have also just tried the Little Noses saline spray, and no help either. She wakes up constantly and can no longer sleep bc she cant breathe. My Roses Have Terrible Black Spot; Help?

Black spot can be caused by several things, insects, fungus and soil pH imbalance. In my experience it is usual an insect. My preferred treatment is Fertilomes' 3n1 insecticide, fungicide. It is different than the 3n1 you're using, i.e. it does not feed the plant and the insecticides are different. The fertilome 3n1 can be used as a systemic and topical treatment. I use it both ways for 2 weeks, then only as a once per month until the plant has new growth and shows no sign of damage in the new growth. I also insure that the underside of the foliage is wetted with the fungicide. It will take at least 2 weeks for the plant to show signs of recovery. During recovery I use a balanced, water soluble fertilizer at 1/4 recommended strength applied about every 3-4 days.

This week I gave my four month old rat terrier some steak for a treat. BAD IDEA..it made her sick with diarrhea. I got her back in December of 08 and I started her on Cesar with Science Diet hard food, then transitioned to Iams hard food. Well when she got sick I took her to a different vet because my vet didn't have a doctor in. So when I got there he asked what I feed her. I said Cesar with Iams hard food. I was deemed to be a bad doggy mom because according to the vet, Cesar is the worst food out on the market. But little Audrey LOVES it. He recommended science diet. Well I took back the Cesar and got Van Patterns Natural Balance eatables. She does not like it!! She got two shots yesterday and since then hasn't had an appetite. I bought some more cesar and she still won't eat. Her eye are watering, so the vet told me to give half a children's benadryl. I don't know what to do? Any suggestions.

Vomiting bile/Do I need to go to the ER?

Hi, okay so I'm not a heavy drinker but I drink consistently. Last Wednesday morning I woke up and got feverish and cold sweats and starting to puke bile first thing in the morning. It followed with a bout of laryngitis and a sinus infection for 5 days. Last night I drank four shots of rum total in four rum and cokes and I am absolutely ill today and puking stomach acid. Before I start, I had Thyroid surgery a month ago and half was removed. Now 4 days ago I started to muscle pain over my ribs. That pain I've had sense I was little but never lasted more then a few sec or hour. Day after tho my lower back muscles started to hurt for 3 hours then suddenly it felt like I was having appendicitis, my father and twin brother had it so I went to the hospital for it. I also felt very dizzy, light headed had a fever and head ache from time to time. Turns out I a 2.8cm on my left side even tho the severe pain was on my right side where the appendix is, the doctor said it was normal that some times the pain would be on the other side. But he never told me if I could be pregnant or not. I haven't had my period yet but I have irregular and most of the time I get it every 2 months (my last was nov 14) but I had it 3 times in one month the last time. And I had on and at the end of my period haven't sense. I did feel nauseous the day after but turned out I had a virus that time. But now I'm not sure what's going on I know I have a cyst witch can be cancer like my thyroid but I'm feeling sick again as if I have a virus and I get sick easily. My syn toms are: dizziness, light headed, fever, severe pain and what ever I drink or eat makes me feel sicker... Please help I can't see no doctors due to the holiydays... Please help.

Story behind the question...For some reason, the past 4 days I keep having ants coming through my bathroom window and walking all over my bathroom. I havent sprayed any ant kill spray due to pets in the house, so I kill them by hand. Here is where my question comes into play. It's sad that your side of the family does not respect your beliefs (or lack there of). I raised my kids to be independent thinkers. What is my moms problem?

My moms been going down hill for the past few years. If I tell her about the no money situation she says its all my fault, because of all the things they have to buy me. She has slept with guys that she barely knows. Obviously they are just using her for since she 'hosts'. She thinks that they 'really, really love her!' when they are 27 year olds and 35 year olds looking for a thrill. She tells me about when her and this guy 'charlie' will come over to have so I won't be home. I think she is hooking up with guys at bars. She is 54 years old, you would think she would grow up, but she never does. Another thing is is that she is on anti-depresents and other drugs (not illegal ones but medications). She sees a therapist, but thats not doing any good, the therapist is a complete and total quack who agrees with any lunatic idea my mother has. What can I do? Why does everyone in my family give me a hard time about my drinking?

I mean no offense as clearly I dont know you or your situation however as the son of a dedicated alcoholic I have a bit of experience in this area. My dad has had a slew of problems with drinking but still genuinely thinks he does nothing wrong. He too says its not the beer and could quit any time he likes he just chooses too. He really dosnt get how he is when hes kicked back a few because again hes a bit tipsy and his perception of reality at that point is a little biased. I know we all have a few people in our lives that make a big deal out of silly things but if its to the point where groups of people are going so far as throwing you an intervention its hard to say they are all wrong. At this point you may want to really stop and really think hard about it. You may have the best of intentions and truly feel the problem is not yours but then again thats a common theme with people who have drinking issues. Again I dont know your situation but I know what I see and stories such as yours are very common unfortunately. Something to think about.

my mum caught one on me... and i am seriously not into the whole idea of them, my mum just looked at me and said whats that... and i ran into the other room... she shouted after me that she didn't approve of them... i think most mums don't like them but if you have one what can they do about it... all they can do is tell you of... if i ever get one now it would be close to my shoulder so it is easily cover-able with clothing because on your neck just looks horrible and not easy to cover up without suspicion unless its winter... i found that if you dab abit of concealer on it and then put a small amount of foundation over that or some powder... it makes it less noticeable it doesn't disappear altogether but it is less noticeable... its more easy to p off as a bruise that way :)

Sounds to me like it isn't getting enough fuel. Could be water and or debris in the float bowl. I agree that the factory settings are probably lean to begin with to limit pollution. I guess what I would do is clean the carburetor. At the same time I would look at the main jet and talk to the local repair shop and see if you could go a size larger. Look into your fuel tank and see if there is any dirt or water. Water will look like blobs on the bottom. also look inside the float bowl for the same thing. Make sure that all the fasteners are tight around the carburetor.

In the morning, my voice is an instense groggy, gravelly sound. It hurts to talk, I get bad cotton mouth every morning. My voices changes through out the day, and will be completely different the next. I get very sensitive and teary eyes in the morning (During allergy seasons and in the winter).
