"Safety" schools comparable to NYU Tisch and the School of Cinematic Arts at USC?

I Have GPA of 3.6 to 3.7, what are some schools that I could consider safeties that have good film programs or good communications programs if I don't get into NYU or USC. When I say safety I don't mean bad. Don't say Emerson or Syracuse...they're not really "safety" schools for me, they are more on target.
