Is the Veteran Benefits Accepted?

Im a dependent of a navy veteran. Does anyone know if Miramar or Mira Mesa College accept the veteran benefits? Like I know that in UCSD or SDSU they accept it and that would give me free tuition. Can anyone help me on that pls? thnx
