Am I Starting Puberty Yet?

My Is About 2 inches And Im 13 Years Old All 3 Of My Boy Cousins Have Big es And They Have All Started Puberty And They Are The Same Age As Me And One Of Them Are Twelve....I Sound Like A Girl So Everyone Thinks Im Gay And Iam Tiered Of This....So Can Someone Please Help Me....Im Starting To Get Little Hairs Around My And My Armpits...But One Time I Put Hair Greese On My ....So I Could Grow Some Hair So Am I Starting To Get Puberty....And Iam Hairy On My Arms And Legs....And I Have A Little Bit Of Hair On My Belly ....And What Are Mor Symtoms Of Starting Puberty....Including The Ones Above
