Old Guy At the Nursing Home Keeps Hitting On Me, Help Please?

what do i do. I am 22 years old. i work at a nursing home. and this guy who stays there, he isn't that old, maybe like in his 50's or something, but he's a resident at the nursing home. and he is always ually harring me lately. every day, he will wheel up to me in his chair and tell me how beautiful i am, or ask me what color of bra i have on or something like that. and he just stares at me constantly like in a weird perverted way. it makes me so uncomfortable. he even has tried to get me to come to his room. the other day, he asked me to come back to his room with him for a little bit, he said no one would find out. he said that he really liked me and had a huge crush on me, and wanted to have with me. i was so mortified. i told him, no, that it was innapropriate and i couldn't, but he kept begging. i didn't give in, i ended up just walking away. but i don't feel good working there. i am so uncomfortable.i've tried reporting it to the social worker, and she talked to him,. but he still does it since then. i dunno. what to do. how would you handle this. i am a quiet shy person. so i have a hard time telling him to stop in a mean way. i just don't know what to do. what do you think. what would you do?
