I'm going to Cafe Lago tommorrow for my cousin's 18th birthday, what do I wear?

She lives in Bellevue WA and I live in Mount Vernon WA, so she sort of conciders me a hillbilliy and I really want to prove her wrong and look nice but I don't want to look too super fancy just in case they aren't but I do want to look nice. What do I wear?!?
