Hope he is treating you for the infection. If he is not, find another doctor ASAP. I know because I knew someone who got a horrible infection post-surgery and the doctor who did it didn't want to help because he didn't want to admit his mistake. The person who had the surgery had to find another doctor to treat the infection.
