What is your opinion on the baby shower "poopy diaper" game?

Every single time I see a question on baby showers someone touts the poopy diaper game. But honestly, do any of you actually enjoy playing it? I've always found it annoying and think there are much better games. Anyhow, I'm planning a shower for a friend so I guess if the majority of you are in favor I'll include it. What do you think?
