Rescue dog that i cant get near?

so a coulpe months ago my stepmom brings home this black and tan coon hound that is so skinny you can practicly see through her we got her from people that obviously know nothing about animal care. so our latest project has been fatening this dog up and socializing because when she was a puppy she was thrown in a kennel and NEVER messed with shes come around some in the house but shes escaped a few times and we have been able to trick her back in.She has been out for two days now and we cannot catch her she is extremely intelligent and wont fall for anything twice we have tried every thing and are at a loss!!!!!!!!!!!
