Witch could I have, a cyst, be pregnant or both...?

Before I start, I had Thyroid surgery a month ago and half was removed. Now 4 days ago I started to muscle pain over my ribs. That pain I've had sense I was little but never lasted more then a few sec or hour. Day after tho my lower back muscles started to hurt for 3 hours then suddenly it felt like I was having appendicitis, my father and twin brother had it so I went to the hospital for it. I also felt very dizzy, light headed had a fever and head ache from time to time. Turns out I a 2.8cm on my left side even tho the severe pain was on my right side where the appendix is, the doctor said it was normal that some times the pain would be on the other side. But he never told me if I could be pregnant or not. I haven't had my period yet but I have irregular and most of the time I get it every 2 months (my last was nov 14) but I had it 3 times in one month the last time. And I had on and at the end of my period haven't sense. I did feel nauseous the day after but turned out I had a virus that time. But now I'm not sure what's going on I know I have a cyst witch can be cancer like my thyroid but I'm feeling sick again as if I have a virus and I get sick easily. My syn toms are: dizziness, light headed, fever, severe pain and what ever I drink or eat makes me feel sicker... Please help I can't see no doctors due to the holiydays... Please help.
