Accutane Questions?1st month?

well im just finishing uo my first month of Accutane and im really happy the fisrt 2 weeks were hell twith all the peeling dryness lips but now its so much better ALL the blackheads on my nose are gone but my back is still pretty bad just dry tomorrow im going up to 80mg per day does that effect my acne in any way i mean will the side affedcts get worse im only 12??
