I have a 1987 Honda Accord, and it's running to rich to p smog, and it idle a little ruff. Need help w/fix.?

It looks like it pes too much gas. If it is with carburetor, you need to kit the carburetor. Otherwise, if it's full injection, you need to change the pressure regulator or injectors. If it is too expensive, just get a new car. Good luck!
